COLUMBUS, Ohio - An Ohio appellate court has rejected a whistleblower's request for an award for reporting allegedly hazardous concentrations of tungsten or cobalt at his workplace, affirming a magistrate's report that levels were within permissible levels according to federal safety officials. Scott v. Industrial Commission of Ohio, et al., No. 10AP-713 (Ohio Ct. App., 10th Dist.).
