NEW ORLEANS - A divided Louisiana appellate court has reinstated mold injury claims brought by a chiropractor against her former landlords, ruling that a trial court should not have denied the plaintiff additional time to obtain a causation witness before granting defendants' summary judgment motion. Hooper v. Travelers Insurance Co., et al., Nos. 2010-CA-1685 and 2011-CA-0220 (La. 4th Cir. Ct. App.).
