Defendants Move to Limit Testimony by Plaintiff's Industrial Hygienist

CLEVELAND - Defendants in an upcoming welding fume trial have asked a federal judge to exclude testimony by an industrial hygienist that attempts to quantify plaintiff's exposure to manganese, arguing that such opinions are outside the expert's area of expertise.
