CLEVELAND - Defendants in an upcoming welding fume trial have asked a federal judge to exclude testimony by an industrial hygienist that attempts to quantify plaintiff's exposure to manganese, arguing that such opinions are outside the expert's area of expertise. Street v. Lincoln Electric Co., et al., No. 1:06-cv-17026 [In re: Welding Fume Products Liability Litigation, MDL No. 1535] (N.D. Ohio).
