Trial Over Disposition of Calif. Settlement Funds Moved to May 2012

OAKLAND, Calif. - An Aug. 5 case management conference in the coordinated California bridge workers' welding case has resulted in a May 7 trial date for allocation of insurance proceeds covering defendant IHI Environmental.
