WILMINGTON, Del. — A Delaware trial court judge has denied summary judgment sought by an electronics manufacturer, ruling that a discovery exception tolled the statute of limitations until a former employee had reason to suspect that her child’s birth defects were linked to the mother’s workplace chemical exposure. Daniels, et al. v. Optek Technology Inc., et al., No. 10C-10-002-JRJ (Del. Super. Ct., New Castle Cty.).
