WILMINGTON, Del. — A Delaware trial court judge has denied summary judgment sought by an electronics manufacturer, ruling that a discovery exception tolled the statute of limitations until a former employee had reason to suspect that her child’s birth defects were linked to the mother’s workplace chemical exposure.
