CLEVELAND - The defendants in an upcoming welding fumes trial have agreed to delay additional briefing on their motion to compel a Fluorodopa-PET scan of the plaintiff, with the opposition brief now due on Sept. 12. Street v. Lincoln Electric Co., et al., No. 1:06-cv-17026 (N.D. Ohio).
The July 22 stipulation did not reference the Aug. 22 Daubert hearing on plaintiff Richard Street's neurology experts, but the testing is related to the issue of whether Street has Parkinson's disease or manganism.
