CLEVELAND - Welding fume plaintiff Richard Street has asked a federal judge to deny motions to bar testimony linking Parkinson's disease to welding fume exposure, citing his experts' "credentials and expertise." Street v. Lincoln Electric Co., et al., No. 1:06-cv-17026 [In re: Welding Fume Products Liability Litigation, MDL No. 1:03-cv-17000] (N.D. Ohio).
