CLEVELAND - The judge presiding over the Welding Fume Products MDL has ruled that defendants in any MDL trial can raise the issue of rejected manuscripts authored by Dr. Paul Nausieda, but that the plaintiffs' expert neurologist cannot be asked to specify the number of patients he has diagnosed with manganism.
