NEW YORK - A federal judge has denied parties in a chemical exposure case leave to argue further summary judgment motions, saying that the court has already concluded that liability will rest on the viability of a government contractor defense and that issue can only be resolved at trial. DePascale, et al. v. Sylvania Electric Products, No. CV-07-3558 (E.D. N.Y.).
