- Reply Brief
CLEVELAND - Welding fume plaintiff David Mann has replied to defendants' opposition to his motion for a change of venue, asserting that nothing in their brief supports a finding that they will be inconvenienced or prejudiced by a move from Cleveland to Minneapolis. Mann v. Airco/The BOC Group Inc., No. 1:06-cv-17288 (N.D. Ohio).
Mann filed his reply on July 6 in support of his May 20 motion to move his retrial, arguing that he is in ill health and it would be easier to obtain medical treatment if he were nearer to his South Dakota home.
