OAKLAND, Calif. -- The parties in an upcoming California welding fume trial continue to battle over the admissibility of expert testimony proffered by the plaintiffs, with the defendants reasserting their position that the experts' testimony falls short of California's admissibility standards. In re: Welding Products Cases, JCCP No. 004368 (Calif. Super. Ct., Alameda Cty.); King, et al. v. BOC Group, et al., No. 04-429012 (Calif. Super. Ct., San Francisco Cty.).
