Next MDL Trial to Start with Jury Selection on Nov. 4

CLEVELAND - Trial on Richard Street's injury claims against Lincoln Electric Co. and ESAB Group Inc. will begin with jury selection before a magistrate judge, according to the latest filing in the case. Street v. Lincoln Electric Co., et al., No. 1:06-cv-17026 (N.D. Ohio).

U.S. District Judge Jack Zouhary, who is expected to preside over the Street trial in the U.S. District Court for the Northern District of Ohio, filed the order on May 11 following a status conference.
