WAUSAU, Wis. - A building owner may have liability under Wisconsin's "safe-place" statute for injuries to a worker struck by a falling window sash despite a lack of notice of any hazardous condition, a state appellate court has ruled. Wagner, et al. v. Cincinnati Casualty Co., et al., No. 2010AP1195 (Wis. Ct. App., Dist. IV).
