Street Parties Agree on Case Management Order as They Prepare for Nov. Trial

CLEVELAND - Parties preparing for the next Welding Fume Products MDL bellwether trial have agreed on deadlines for Daubert motions and other issues and say they will work together to resolve any remaining pre-trial issues. Street v. Lincoln Electric Co., et al., No. 1:06-cv-17026 [MDL No. 1535] (N.D. Ohio).

The Agreed Amended Case Management Order was filed in the U.S. District Court for the Northern District of Ohio on May 13.

Trial on claims by Richard Street against welding product manufacturers Lincoln Electric Co. and ESAB Group Inc. is scheduled for jury selection on Nov. 4.
