OAKLAND, Calif. - A scheduled June 20 bench trial over the disposition of settlement funds offered to settle bridge workers' welding fume claims has been indefinitely postponed, replaced by a mandatory settlement conference on the same date. In Re Welding Products Cases, No. JCCP 4368 [Aguirre v. EASB, No. RG05212890; Link v. KFM Joint Venture, No. RG05242754] (Calif. Super. Ct., Alameda Cty.).
