__CLEVELAND - The judge presiding over the Welding Fume Products Liability MDL has warned pro se plaintiffs that they face dismissal if they fail to meet discovery and other case management deadlines. In re: Welding Fume Products Liability Litigation, No. 1:03-CV-17000 [MDL Docket No. 1535] (N.D. Ohio).

Judge Kathleen M. O'Malley issued a memorandum and order in the U.S. District Court for the Northern District of Ohio on May 4, cautioning plaintiffs proceeding on their own to abide by the court's March 25 case management requirements.

The judge followed up on May 6 by dismissing three such cases without prejudice …
