MDL Defendants Move for Discovery of Medical Records in 521 Screenings

CLEVELAND - Defendants in the Welding Fume Products Liability MDL have asked the U.S. District Court for the Northern District of Ohio to compel production of case notes and other records from 521 medical screenings by Dr. Michael Swash, the diagnosing physician for some welding fume plaintiffs. In re: Welding Fume Products Liability Litigation, No. 1:03-CV-17000 [MDL Docket No. 1535] (N.D. Ohio).
