NEW YORK - A New York appellate court has rejected a motion by the Port Authority of New York and New Jersey to apply New Jersey law and dismiss personal injury claims by bridge workers who claim they were exposed to lead-based paint on the George Washington Bridge. DaSilva, et al. v. C&E Ventures Inc., et al., No. 2011 NY Slip Op 03176 [Nos. 402691/2005 and 591241/2005] (N.Y. Sup. Ct., App. Div., 1st Dept.).
