MDL Court Schedules Next Case Management Conference for June 3

CLEVELAND -The presiding judge in the federal Welding Fume Products Liability litigation has scheduled a status conference for June 3 to address Daubert briefing schedule and other matters. In re: Welding Fume Products Liability Litigation, No. 1:03-CV-17000 [MDL No. 1535] (N.D. Ohio).

Judge Kathleen M. O'Malley of the U.S. District Court for the Northern District of Ohio issued the order on April 21, documenting the decisions reached during an April 18 teleconference with plaintiff and defense counsel.

The June 3 conference will also be conducted via telephone.
