WILMINGTON, Del. - Delaware's Superior Court President Judge has rejected a defense request to reassign some birth defect cases that were assigned to the same judge based on their designation by plaintiffs' counsel as 'related,' but he did say the judiciary should address the lack of criteria for that designation. Smith v. Freescale Semiconductor, Inc., et al., C.A. No. N10C-07-273-JRJ (Del. Super. Ct.).
