LOS ANGELES — A California couple has sued Exxon Mobil Corp. and other makers of diesel fuel, asking for medical monitoring costs and related damages for what they say is the harm caused by longtime exposure to defendants’ products. Schoenwald, et ux. v. Exxon Mobil Corp., et al., No. BC486543 (Calif. Super. Ct., Los Angeles Cty.).
Frank and Rosette Schoenwald filed the lawsuit June 13 in the Los Angeles County Superior Court, naming Exxon Mobil Corp., Chevron Corp., ConocoPhillips Co. and “Does 1 through 200.”
