CLEVELAND -- The defendants in the federal Welding Fume Products Liability Litigation MDL have backed their motion to dismiss the remaining Duke Power cases, saying that the plaintiffs' suggestion that it was the defendants who forced a full work-up of the claims is "disingenuous and contrary to the record."
