JUNEAU, Alaska - The Alaska Supreme Court has denied a motion by a medical office worker to set aside a judgment in favor of her former employer, saying she failed to offer any new evidence or demonstrate that she or her attorney were unable to adequately represent her at trial. Coppe v. Bleicher, No. S-13631 (Alaska Sup. Ct.).
The March 9 memorandum decision by the high court left in place the trial court's award of $142,425.80 in attorneys' fees and trial costs for Michael A. Bleicher, M.D., an d other defendants.
