CLEVELAND - Welding fume plaintiffs have responded to a defense motion for reconsideration of its demand for additional patient records from a medical expert by saying the demand was overreaching and the court was right to refuse the motion in the first place. In re: Welding Fume Products Liability Litigation, No. 1:03-cv-17000 [MDL Docket No. 1535] (N.D. Ohio).
Plaintiffs in the federal Welding Fume Products Multi-district litigation filed their response in the U.S. District Court for the Northern District of Ohio on Jan. 25. Defendants filed a reply on Feb. 1.
