Judge Orders Benefits for Professor Claiming Mercury Poisoning from Vaccines

NEW YORK - A federal judge has ordered an insurer to pay disability benefits to a professor who claimed brain injury from mercury additives in vaccines required for foreign travel, saying the disability insurer's claim denial was arbitrary and capricious.
