NEW YORK - A federal judge has ordered an insurer to pay disability benefits to a professor who claimed brain injury from mercury additives in vaccines required for foreign travel, saying the disability insurer's claim denial was arbitrary and capricious. Veryzer v. American International Group Inc., et al., No. 1:09-cv-08229-RMB (S.D. N.Y.).
