GREEN BAY, Wis. - A Wisconsin man has filed a federal lawsuit, alleging that he developed silicosis while working as a sandblaster at numerous locations throughout the state. Edwards v. Clemco Industries Corp., No.. 11-123 (E.D. Wis.).

Bruce Edwards says in a Jan. 31 complaint filed in U.S. District Court for the Eastern District of Wisconsin that Clemco Industries Corp. failed to warn him of the dangers associated with inhaling silica dust.
