NATCHEZ, Miss. - Defendants in a Mississippi silica case set for trial later this year have moved for summary judgment on two grounds, contending that the case is time-barred and that plaintiffs have failed to identify products the decedent was exposed to despite three years of discovery. Williams, et al. v. Pangborn Corp., et al., No. 07-KV-0097-J (Miss. Cir. Ct., Adams Cty.).

Defendants in the case brought initially by the late Bennie Williams in the Adams County (Miss.) Circuit Court filed the motions on Jan. 6 and Jan. 19.
