Miss. Defendants Cite Medical Records in Arguing for Summary Judgment

JACKSON, Miss. - Defendants in a Mississippi silica case argue in a motion for summary judgment that the plaintiff's medical records show that he should have been aware of possible silicosis well outside the applicable three-year statute of limitations.
