JACKSON, Miss. - Defendants in a Mississippi silica case argue in a motion for summary judgment that the plaintiff's medical records show that he should have been aware of possible silicosis well outside the applicable three-year statute of limitations. Barnett v. American Optical Corp., et al., No. 251-10-458CIV (Miss. Cir. Ct., Hinds Cty.).
