Dozens Sued in Kentucky over Sandblaster's Alleged Silica-Related Death




LOUISVILLE, Ky. - The latest in a string of recent silica lawsuits has been filed in Kentucky on behalf of a former sandblaster who died from his silica-related disease. Adams v. Air Liquide America, et al., No. (Ky. Cir. Ct., Jefferson Cty.).

Jerry Adams filed a complaint Nov. 3 in Jefferson County Circuit Court against more than two dozen defendants allegedly responsible for causing the death of Bryson Adams Jr.
