OAKLAND, Calif. - Plaintiffs in the California Welding Products cases made it clear in a Joint Case Management Conference Statement that while they have settled with the sole remaining defendant they cannot agree on the disposition of the settlement funds. In re Welding Products Cases, JCCP No. 4368 (Calif. Super. Ct., Alameda Cty.).
The Joint Case Management Conference Statement was filed in the Alameda County Superior Court on Jan. 20 in preparation for a scheduled Jan. 28 status conference.
