Defendants Ask for Access to Additional Medical Records from Plaintiffs' Expert

CLEVELAND - Defendants in the federal Welding Fume Products Liability MDL have asked the presiding judge to order a plaintiff's medical expert to produce medical records for additional patients they say may have been diagnosed with manganism and may be relevant to their defense.
