CLEVELAND - Defendants in the federal Welding Fume Products Liability MDL have asked the presiding judge to order a plaintiff's medical expert to produce medical records for additional patients they say may have been diagnosed with manganism and may be relevant to their defense. In re: Welding Fume Products Liability Litigation, No. 1:03-cv-17000 [MDL Docket No. 1535] (N.D. Ohio).
