CLEVELAND -A Utah woman pursuing a wrongful death suit against welding product manufacturers has withdrawn her motion to transfer the case from the U.S. District Court for the Northern District of Ohio to federal court in Utah. Seely v. Lincoln Electric Co., et al., No. 09-17015 (N.D. Ohio).
Hillary Seely filed the motion to transfer in the federal Welding Fume Products MDL on Nov. 1, but on Nov. 12 notified the court that she was withdrawing the motion.
