Welding Fume Plaintiffs' Counsel Withdraws From 101 Cases

CLEVELAND - Counsel for 101 plaintiffs in the federal Welding Fume Products MDL in the U.S. District Court for the Northern District of Ohio have withdrawn from 100 individual cases this month. In re: Welding Fume Products Liability Litigation, No. 1:03-cv-17000 [MDL Docket No. 1535] (N.D. Ohio).

Attorneys with the firms of Climaco, Wilcox, Peca, Tarantino & Garofoli and The Kaiser Firm moved to withdraw on Nov. 17, and those motions were granted by District Judge Kathleen M. O'Malley, who presides over the multi-district litigation, a day later.
