NEW YORK - A woman who alleged injury from exposure to toxic chemicals while working in her home office has lost her bid to sue her landlord, with a New York appellate court calling her claims untimely and unsupported by the evidence. Kent v. 534 E. 11th St., No. 2010 NY Slip Op 07697 (N.Y. Sup. Ct., App. Div., 1st Dept.).

The New York Supreme Court Appellate Division, First Department, held on Oct. 28 that a trial court erred in reconsidering its earlier decision to dismiss plaintiff Gill Kent's claims against her former landlord.
