ST. LOUIS - A federal judge in Missouri has awarded summary judgment to Mine Safety Appliances after the defendant argued that a former employee at ISP Minerals waited too long to file his silicosis lawsuit against the company and others. Savage v. 3M Co., et al., No. 08-1162 (E.D. Mo.).
