MDL Court Allows Counsel for 19 Additional Plaintiffs to Withdraw

CLEVELAND - Counsel for another 19 plaintiffs in the Welding Fume Products Liability Litigation were allowed to withdraw in recent weeks for their clients' failure to participate or for disagreements over how to proceed. In re: Welding Fume Products Liability Litigation, MDL No. 1535 (N.D. Ohio).

Judge Kathleen M. O'Malley of the U.S. District Court for the Northern District of Ohio, who presides over the MDL, signed orders granting the motions in September.
