WILMINGTON, Del. - A Delaware judge has denied defendant employers' motion to dismiss a workplace toxic exposure complaint, saying the plaintiff met pleading requirements in alleging reproductive injuries from toxins at a semiconductor manufacturing plant. G_arcia, et al. v. Signetics Corp., et al._, No. 09C-10-032 (Del. Super. Ct., New Castle Cty.).
New Castle County (Del.) Superior Court Judge Jan R. Jurden denied the motion to dismiss in a letter opinion signed on Aug. 5.
