Manufacturers Want Copies of Lawyers' Ads Cited by Plaintiff

CLEVELAND - Welding product manufacturers have asked the federal MDL court to compel a plaintiff to produce a televised lawyer's ad that allegedly first alerted him to a potential link between his illness and his work as a welder.
