CLEVELAND - Defendants in a November welding fume trial have responded to plaintiff's motion for a protective order for a physician's records by disputing his designation as a "consulting expert." Street v. Lincoln Electric, et al., No. 1:06-cv-17026 [In re: Welding Fume Products Liability Litigation, MDL No. 1535] (N.D. Ohio).
Lincoln Electric Co. and other defendants filed their response to Richard Street's motion for a protective order on July 9.
