LOUISVILLE, Ky. -- A Kentucky resident has filed a silica complaint, contending his work in the abrasive blasting industry resulted in his development of silicosis. Neal v. Air Liquide America LP, et al., No. 10CI05309 (Ky. Cir. Ct., Jefferson Cty.).

A number of defendants named in the July 29 complaint filed in the Kentucky Circuit Court for Jefferson County were targeted for their failure to provide the plaintiff with adequate respiratory protection.
