CLEVELAND - Welding Fume Products defendants have filed a motion for costs in a case voluntarily dismissed prior to a scheduled trial, saying the MDL court indicated earlier that such sanctions might be warranted for plaintiffs who withdraw claims after they are placed on the trial schedule.
