CLEVELAND - The Mississippi couple who were scheduled to try their claims in the U.S. District Court for the Northern District of Ohio in September filed a motion to withdraw on July 22, and the motion has been granted by the court. Hodge, et al. v. The Lincoln Electric Co., et al., No. 1:04-cv-19007 [In re: Welding Fume Products Liability Litigation, MDL Docket No. 1535] (N.D. Ohio).
