CLEVELAND - The plaintiff in a scheduled welding trial says in a brief opposing a motion to limit his expert neuroradiologist's testimony on MRI analysis that the challenge comes not because of unproven science, as defendants claim, but because a defense expert failed to conduct the same analysis.
