OAKLAND, Calif. - The judge presiding over California's coordinated welding docket has continued defendant IHI Environmental Inc.'s motion for leave to file an indemnity cross-complaint until a Sept. 16 case management conference. In re Welding Products Cases, No. JCCP 4368 (Calif. Super. Ct., Alameda Cty.).
IHI's motion was included in Alameda County Superior Court Judge Robert Freedman's July 13 case management order, which followed the June 24 conference and lists items to be considered in September.
