MDL Plaintiffs Dismiss Another 3 Cases

CLEVELAND - Counsel for plaintiffs in the federal Welding Fume Products Liability Litigation continued a yearlong trend this month by filing another motion to voluntarily dismiss additional cases. In re: Welding Fume Products Liability Litigation, No. 1:03-CV-17000 [MDL Docket No. 1535] (N.D. Ohio).

The motion to dismiss filed on June 2 references three cases pending in the MDL in the U.S. District Court for the Northern District of Ohio.

The motion says only that "These Certain Plaintiffs no longer seek to prosecute their individual claims against Defendants. The remaining Plaintiffs will pursue their claims before this Honorable Court."
