MDL Parties Agree to Limit Notarization of 3rd-Party Records

CLEVELAND - Parties to the federal Welding Fume Products Liability multidistrict litigation have agreed to forego initial challenges to third-party records being collected and compiled without notarized certifications by an agreed-upon outside vendor. In Re: Welding Fume Products Liability Litigation, No. 1:03-CV-17000 [MDL Docket No. 1535] (N.D. Ohio).

Liaison Counsel for plaintiffs and defendants in the MDL in the District Court for the Northern District of Ohio filed the parties' two-page stipulation on July 6.
