Defendants Submit Expert Witness Disclosure for Upcoming Trial

CLEVELAND - Defendants in Welding Fume Products trial scheduled for January have submitted a list of 10 experts, some of whom have already been identified as fact witnesses. Collins v. Lincoln Electric Co., et al., No. 1:06-CV-17260 [MDL No. 1535] (N.D. Ohio).

The disclosure was filed on June 11 in the case filed by Arthur and Deborah Collins against Lincoln Electric co. and other welding products manufacturers.
