HARTFORD, Conn. - A federal jury said it believed a former Pfizer Inc. researcher who claimed that she was wrongfully terminated for reporting safety concerns to federal health officials and awarded her $1.37 million. McClain v. Pfizer Inc., No. 3:06-v-01795 (D. Conn.).
Trial on Becky McClain's claims against Pfizer Inc. ended with the verdict on March 31 and judgment issued on May 21.
