Plaintiffs Fight Appeal, Criticize Defendants' Use of Interlocutory Process

JACKSON, Miss. -- Plaintiffs in Mississippi have accused defendants of abusing the appellate process in their recent effort to seek dismissal of a wrongful death silica case that was brought five years after an initial personal injury claim was filed for the same alleged exposure. Pangborn Corporation, et al. v. Morgan, No. 2010-M-0247-SCT (Miss. Sup. Ct.).
