Defendants Locked in Discovery Battle over N.J. Sandblasting Case

NEW BRUNSWICK, N.J. - A fight over discovery and its relevance to a plaintiffs' exposure to silica at a New Jersey framing facility has erupted among co-defendants in the case, with one suggesting that a case for fraud may be made against the other for selling sand under false pretenses. Douglas v. 3M Co., et al., No. MID-L-1840-06 (N.J. Super. Ct., Middlesex Cty.).
